Studio

BENDIVUX is one studio rather than a set of separate departments. The same small group plans a film, designs an identity and builds an installation, so a project never gets handed across a wall halfway through and re-explained to people who were not in the first conversation.

In practice that changes where work starts. An identity often begins because a client asked for stills and the stills surfaced a bigger question. A film often begins in the edit of the one before it. The group stays small on purpose, so those handovers happen in a room instead of in a document.

Since 2019 we have kept the parts we depend on inside the group. Colour, sound and small-run manufacture belong to companies we own, which means the schedule is ours to move and the work stays in the building longer than it otherwise would.
